Dave
 Dave was born and raised in
Santa Monica California and graduated from SaMoHi in 1965. He married his high
school sweetheart, Lorraine Jex in 1968. They are the parents of 10 children,
six daughters and four sons, and they have six grandchildren.
Dave received a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University and Associates
Degree from Santa Monica College. He began his real estate career in 1976 and
specializes in residential properties and income property. Because of his
activity in sales and listings in Ventura County for the past nineteen years,
he has many appraisers, attorneys and other Real Estate professionals call him
to discuss his opinion about the value of property. His many years of
experience make him an expert in his field.
Dave is considered by many to be a master negotiator. His philosophy is to have
a win/win transaction. Dave enjoys spending time with his family and is their
avid fan. He loves watching them participate in their many events.
Corrine
 Corrine is the eldest of
10 children. She grew up in California and Utah. She graduated from American
Fork High School in 1987. Following graduation she returned to California and
that is when her Real Estate career began.
She started in escrow working for GB Escrow in Santa Monica. She graduated with
a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University in 1994 and returned home to
work in the Real Estate business and obtained her license at that time. She is
the client care manager and buyer specialist.
Corrine is bilingual, she reads and speaks the German language which she
learned while serving as a volunteer missionary in the Germany Hamburg area for
her church. Corrine is an avid scrap booker and loves to cheer her brothers and
sisters on in their sporting events.
Alisa
 Alisa is the second of 10
children. She enjoyed life on a small farm when she was a young girl but is
happy to be living in sunny Southern California. She graduated from Adolfo
Camarillo High School in 1989. She then pursued a Bachelor’s Degree from
Brigham Young University and graduated in 1995.
After working out of state for one of the largest corporations in the world,
she returned to California in 1998 and obtained her Real Estate license and
went to work in the family business. She is the transaction coordinator. Her
organizational skills help ensure each client’s paperwork is handled in a
timely manner. She also oversees all of the rental property and property
management.
Alisa served as a volunteer missionary in the Japan Nagoya area and speaks
simple Japanese. She is an avid sports fan and especially loves baseball, Go
Dodgers! She too loves to cheer her brothers and sisters on in their sporting
events. She loves to read and also dabbles in scrap booking.
McKay
 McKay Barlow grew up in Camarillo.
He is the fourth of ten children and the oldest son of Dave and Lorraine
Barlow. He attended Dos Caminos Elementary, Los Altos Middle School and
Camarillo High School. He participated and lettered in Varsity Wrestling at
Camarillo High School. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA
Degree in International Studies with an emphasis in Global Economics. McKay is
also fluent in Spanish. He served a two year full time mission for his church
in Argentina. McKay has been working full time in Real Estate for four years.
He specializes in listings and sales. His hobbies include golfing, avid sports
fan (especially his siblings at Camarillo High School), coaching and the newest
is his remote control truck!
McKay married Rachel Thompsen in June 2000. They have two beautiful daughters,
Anna & Carly. They have recently relocated here from Dallas Texas.
